Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is looking for a supplier to conduct Audience and User Research for its website http://www.kew.org. The purpose of this requirement is to understand more about Kew website users (such as the general public, students, researchers, etc.) and their website experience. This work will also feed into a website design refresh project. The ultimate goal for the segmentation is to have a shared language across the organization and to use the segments to embed an audience-centered approach in product and content development. In addition it is to identify recommendations for growth areas of website usage.

Deadline for applications: 1 September

Funding available: £20,000.
