Home owners and poverty

The Joseph Rowntree Trust would like to commission research to look at the characteristics and circumstances of home owners who are in poverty, consider the size of this group and their route into home ownership.  It will examine their housing costs and assets and consider how these impact on their poverty status.

It will also consider how the relationship between home ownership and poverty might change in future, using a number of realistic scenarios.

Funding available: £40,000

Deadline for bids: 19 October
