Defra are running a call to conduct a Rapid Evidence Assessment to provide evidence on the impact of current exotic disease compensation policy on animal keeper behaviour and the likely effectiveness of different compensation measures in terms of promoting positive disease risk management practice.

Defra does not expect the cost of this part of the project to exceed £20k. Bidders should consider the method by which the commercial cost of this project will be evaluated to ensure that the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) is awarded.
