The University of East Anglia’s Sainsbury Research Unit for the Arts of Africa, Oceania & the Americas invites applications for its visiting research fellowships. These enable fellows to conduct research for publication on to the arts of Africa, Oceania and the Americas.
Scholars of appropriate standing in such fields as anthropology, art history, archaeology, history and related disciplines, may apply.
Two fellowships are available each year, which provide a stipend of approximately £396 per week for 12 weeks, plus return travel costs from home to Norwich of up to £750. Visits normally last for three months and are tenable during the academic autumn and spring terms.
