Tracker Survey of Aviation Travel

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking a piece of research around the following issue:

The tracker survey is expected to provide the CAA with important insights on how well the markets are functioning in terms of meeting the needs and expectations of various consumer groups and minimising the risks of detriment to them. It is also intended to help deliver the CAA’s commitment to evidence-based decision making, by ensuring that it is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the interests, concerns and needs of consumers and the public in relation to aviation travel. This includes vulnerable consumer groups such as persons with restricted mobility (PRM) and/or non-physical health impairments.

Deadline for proposals: 23 November

Funding available: £25,000 – £50,000
