After another busy week, here’s a few examples of what the RKE Office have been up to:
Our Business Manager Mike Daw addressed a delegation of around 30 Japanese University representatives and British Council Japan delegates, regarding research and knowledge exchange activities at MMU.
Our resident data gurus have been compiling information on research and enterprise activity in the first quarterly report of the year to University Executive Group. The report is a regular input to UEG to highlight the exciting and hard work going on across the organisation.
As part of our ongoing development of our new Research Management System, Adam Riches and Germaine Loader took part in a cross-institution meeting of the Worktribe user group held at University College London. This was a great opportunity to learn from other organisations that are implementing or using the system, meet with colleagues from Worktribe and feed Manchester Met’s views into the group.
Thanks and well done to all involved from RKE!
