JPI Urban Europe’s fourth call – the ERA-NET Cofund Smart Urban Futures (ENSUF) – supported by the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme, is now open for pre-proposals.
Projects resulting from this call should address one or more of the following topics:
- Concepts and strategies for smart urban transformation, growth and shrinkage
- New dynamics of public services
- Inclusive, vibrant and accessible urban communities.
These are detailed fully in the main call document.
This Call invites proposals for collaborative transnational projects. Each proposal must be submitted by a project consortium consisting of at least three eligible applicants from at least three ENSUF participating countries. Guidance for applicants intending to include a UK component to their consortium is included via the link below along with an FAQ document for UK applicants.
A total amount of public funding of maximum 23.8 million € will be provided by national and regional funding agencies from 18 European countries, including support from Horizon 2020. Note: each participating partner costs their element of the project using the funding rules of their own national funder so UK participants will use the RCUK 80% of fEC model.
