The aim of this research project is to utilise existing information to produce a tool capable of apportioning birds at sea to their appropriate breeding colony. This project will use existing seabird tracking data and up to date information on seabird distributions to test analytical approaches to apportion birds at sea to the appropriate breeding colony. The project will also provide guidance on the most appropriate treatment and analysis for the increasingly available seabird tracking data.
