Population Segmentation Project – Scoping Phase

National Savings and Investments (NS&I) is seeking to engage an organisation with previous experience in providing expertise on population segmentation and conducting stakeholder interview meetings, the outcome from which will feed into recommendations on the proposed scope of a retail segmentation project. NS&I’s expectation is that the services to be provided will include: scoping of this phase of the segmentation project through documenting a detailed set of requirements and producing a Response to Brief document; undertaking a series of stakeholder engagement sessions; and aligning the findings to potential solutions. Outputs to include: a report of options and recommendations to move the project to its build phase, including a formal debrief session to NS&I on the findings; and a presentation to NS&I of a detailed document to support NS&I in the production of a requirements document for the build phase of the project.

Sheffield Music Hub Governance Feasibility Study

Sheffield Music Hub is seeking a consultant to carry out a detailed study of the feasibility of moving into new form of governance. The report will include a comparison of Sheffield Music Hub with a sample of other Hubs from across the country. The study should have due regard to the Council’s current study of the potential to move the Service into the new schools company ‘Learn Sheffield’.

Manager Coaching Programme

Staffordshire Police have commenced a large scale ‘systems thinking’ transformational programme. They aim to appoint an ILM accredited centre to deliver coaching development to a diverse range of managers. A number of these managers will require coaching to full ILM accreditation at varying levels; others will require a more basic ‘development’ level of coaching but still require an award or accreditation of some degree.

Mental Capacity Training Provider

Leicester City Council is looking for a training provider to provide an overview of the Mental Capacity Act legislation, its principles and practical application, to Adult Social Care staff. All staff are involved in undertaking assessments for adults, ranging from daily living tasks to life changing transitions.

Children’s Social Care Staff Professional Development Programme

The London Borough of Havering is seeking tenders for a Children’s Social Care Staff Professional Development Programme in Systemic Family Therapy Practice. Our objective is to deliver a more purposeful and evidence-based intervention model, based on Systemic Family Therapy principles. This will enable practitioners to take a more analytical and reflective approach to their work, and through doing so support families to make and sustain positive change. Havering are looking for accredited training to be delivered in cohorts of 25-30 staff over a 3 year period.
