Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace

The Department for Work and Pensions is looking to appoint a provider to: 1) Conduct root cause analysis to identify type and source of bullying, harassment or discrimination. The provider will prepare a confidential and anynomous report to SLT on emerging themes and areas requiring action; and 2) Deliver training to all staff on how to identify and challenge bullying/harassing/discrimination, dealing with the emerging themes.
