Ark Housing Association invites experienced service providers to respond to the following tenders. LOT 1 HR Policies: review existing HR policies, providing update and revision, as required, in response to legislative changes and good practice; provide a full suite of relevant HR policies suitable for the Association’s needs and deliver a revised Staff HR Manual. LOT 2 Employee Appraisal and Performance Awards System: review existing Employee Appraisal System and having regard to good practice in this area, develop a new employee performance appraisal framework; provide a new Employee Performance Awards and Recognition System and facilitate awareness and implementation training for management and staff, as required.
