Tracking the impact of the BME Programme
The Leadership Foundation is looking to commission a two year research study to track and monitor progression of the first cohorts of our new Diversifying Academic Leadership programme for BME leaders. The study will track the progression of participants in relation to their careers, aspirations, confidence and leadership experience. Gaining a better understanding of the long term impact on participants of undertaking the programme and the impact on institutions of engagement with Diversifying Academic Leadership will be critical.

Understanding EHRC Impact: ‘Business Impact Target’ Preparation
The Equality and Human Rights Commission require a consultancy service, to: Conceptualise and understand in detail the impact of the Commission equality and human rights activity on it is stakeholders, and to identify the relevant data and evidence needed to demonstrate this; provide approaches to cost benefit analysis of the Commission’s regulatory activities, with a particular focus on business and the voluntary sector complete initial QRP assessment templates, and; ensure the Commission is able to meet future Business Impact Target reporting requirements.
