Research to Understand and Learn from Museums that have Experienced Change

Arts Council England is seeking a provider to conduct a research study that will help them to understand, and learn from, museums that have experienced significant levels or periods of change in the past five years. They are interested in learning from the experiences of non-national museums. The Arts Council England will draw on the outputs of this research study in their contribution towards the Museums Review.

Deadline for proposals: 12 August

Funding available: £20,000

Developing the EHRC’s Evidence-base and Analysis of Disability Issues in Wales

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) plans to commission an analysis to inform its upcoming report on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Wales. In order to produce the Wales report, the EHRC requires analysis of key disability issues in Wales, including health, social protect, employment and education.

Deadline for proposals: 16 August

Scoping Study for a China Low Carbon Programme

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office seeks a supplier to deliver a scoping study which makes clear, robust, evidenced recommendations to assist in the development of a potential new Prosperity Fund programme in China from 2017/18 to 2020/21.

Deadline for proposals: 25 August

Funding available: £150,000

Building a Cohesive Migration Strategy for the West Midlands

The West Midlands Strategic Migration Partnership is seeking a consultant to undertake a piece of regional research around migration across the West Midlands. The successful applicant will assess key data around current and potential needs surrounding migration to enable effective planning of services and resources, identification of key gaps in provision, emerging trends in areas in order to support the development of some regional interventions to enable better local authority planning and provision as well as a better coordinated regional approach in future delivery of services.

Deadline for proposals: 5 September

Funding available: £25,000
